•  East Dubuque residents are invited to participate in the upcoming Clean Up Day set for Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 7 a.m. to NOON.

•  A dumpster will be available at the East Dubuque City Garage location on Boat Ramp Road.

•  We are limiting each customer to one pickup load.

•  Several items collected at the event include fees to cover a portion of recycling processing and transfer expense.

Information and instructions on the bidding for the ESB

We have been asked whether open intoxicants would be allowed on the sidewalk of Sinsinawa Ave outside the East Dubuque’s Cruisin’ Thursdays event area, as has been traditionally done.

During the hours of East Dubuque’s Cruisin’ Thursdays event, the open intoxicants ordinance will not be enforced for adults of legal drinking age on the sidewalk of Sinsinawa Ave between Second and Third Streets and for the crosswalks at Montgomery Ave and at Second Street.
