The City of East Dubuque will collect downed tree
limbs and branches for free following storm damage
on Wednesday and Thursday for city residents.

City crew will only pick up storm damaged branches
that are under 3 inches in diameter. Leave all limbs
and branches curbside or at the alley line, right
where you normally place your solid waste containers.

Branches must be no more than five feet in length
and should be tied together with rope or twine.
Bundles of branches should be no greater than 18 inches
in diameter and weigh less than 40 pounds. Setouts
that do not meet these requirements will not be collected.

As a precaution because water pressure was temporarily reduced, the city is issuing a boil order for all the flats and downtown. The order will include Wisconsin Avenue below Hyacinth Street, Wall Street, Sinsinawa Avenue, and Montgomery below Oxford Street.

Please boil drinking or cooking water for 10 to 15 minutes before you use.
