Refinanced to get a cheaper rate knocking off 2 years.

Compliments on flower boxes. Want to replace 12 more. Maybe people would like to purchase/donate a flower box $500 per box. Steve Robey would do in winter months. Still working to keep boy scouts involved. Help with getting it out there putting on Facebook and the City website.

Steeling signs need to have a local ordinance so that we can prosecute. Would like to make it steep. The state says it should be done through the city. Would then be able to write a ticket. Galena does not have any on their books. Theft charge under $500 is a misdemeanor.

This allows the collection service company to collect money for the city.

Attorney Kurt recommends appointment of Robert J Kowalski. He is from Cook and Dane County. Will be contracted hourly about 2 to 4 hrs a month.
