Wondered if JoCarroll will be putting up new streetlight. Have contacted JoCarroll.

Wondered where fireworks will be fired off. Heard empty lot on top off of Hill Street. Will need to get permit to fire fireworks.

For the lead pipes who comes into the home to check. This will be a city employee. Also wanted to know if there were any instructions for homeowner to check himself or herself. Was on Facebook and mailer that were sent out. If you have any questions please make sure to call City Hall so you can be put on list.

   4.  21-0719    Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Street Projects for 2021 Subject to Funding in the City of East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, Illinois / Mayor VanOstrand, City Manager Herrig

Only change is that the double seal coat won’t hold up and will need to be upgraded. Want to also put in a better street for Timberline but will need to talk homeowners around street to see if they would help since they are county. Looking to try and do all on the list.

Motion by Alderman Burgmeier to Approve Street Projects for 2021 Subject to Funding second by Alderman Biermeier    ROLL CALL: Ayes – Alderman Biermeier, Alderman Burgmeier, Alderman Degenhardt, Alderman Fluhr, Alderman Muir and Alderperson Pearson    Motion carried

 

   5.  21-0720    Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Financing Agreement with Fidelity Bank for Operating Line of Credit in the City of East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, Illinois / Mayor VanOstrand, City Manager Herrig

Allow to upfront money and then we get reimbursed from grant or funding. Only advance when we need the money. We have a $1 million line of credit with Fidelity Bank & Trust.

Motion by Alderman Biermeier to Approve Financing Agreement with Fidelity Bank for Operating Line of Credit second by Alderman Burgmeier    ROLL CALL: Ayes – Alderman Biermeier, Alderman Burgmeier, Alderman Degenhardt, Alderman Fluhr, Alderman Muir and Alderperson Pearson    Motion carried
