We have been asked whether open intoxicants would be allowed on the sidewalk of Sinsinawa Ave outside the East Dubuque’s Cruisin’ Thursdays event area, as has been traditionally done.
During the hours of East Dubuque’s Cruisin’ Thursdays event, the open intoxicants ordinance will not be enforced for adults of legal drinking age on the sidewalk of Sinsinawa Ave between Second and Third Streets and for the crosswalks at Montgomery Ave and at Second Street.
