NO Parking in East Dubuque Business District, including Sinsinawa Ave and Wall Street starts tonight, that’s midnight on Monday, until 4:00 pm Wednesday, unless snow has stopped and streets are cleared.

Per City Ordinance, violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
