City Manager Herrig – Review of City Manager report. Gramercy Park able to remove and sell walnut trees. Removing because of danger they cause to pedestrians.

Federal Government given funds, which the state will disperse to cities. This is in response of upgrades from COVID. We would be able to get $72,000 to help pay for Mics, Camera, Door Fobs and Overtime.

No action is needed. This gives the Mayor ok to declare state of emergency when needed. City Manager Herrig suggests to leave on the books.
10. 20-1010 Discussion and Possible Action to Approve Liquor License Application for Shorty’s Saloon Inc Starting October 2020 until December 2021 in the City of East Dubuque, Jo Daviess County, Illinois / Mayor VanOstrand, City Manager Herrig
There was a change in ownership so with new licenses coming in December wanted to add the extra months so they only have to do paperwork once.

State requires information when City has meetings for the next year. We will continue once a month, which can be altered anytime. Will continue next 6 months to 1 meeting a month then going back to 2 a month.
