East Dubuque is a small city located in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. We are 1,995 persons strong according to the 2000 census. We are steadily increasing our area and are pleased that you have come to our web site to check us out.
We are situated on the Mississippi River across from Dubuque, Iowa and if your heading North on Highway 35 you will have crossed another state line into Wisconsin. The main roads in East Dubuque are US Highway 20(Wall Street) and Sinsinawa Avenue. The Julien Dubuque Bridge serves as our connection to Dubuque.
